Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of U-Eats (gouft.net), operated by FINTEXA Inc. By using the site you agree to them.
The service
U-Eats is a directory of local food trucks with a cross-truck loyalty program. Customers can browse trucks, follow them, post reviews, and earn points. Trucks (“vendors”) can list their business and, on a paid plan, run rewards and message their followers.
Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
Vendor subscriptions & billing
- Listing a truck is free. Premium features are a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the paid period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Loyalty points
Points have no cash value, are not transferable, and are issued and redeemed at the discretion of each participating truck. Trucks set their own earn rates and rewards. Points may expire or change if a truck leaves the program.
Reviews & content
You’re responsible for content you post and it must be truthful and lawful. We may remove content that is abusive, fraudulent, or violates these terms.
Text messaging program
By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from U-Eats, including login codes, loyalty updates, and — from trucks you follow — alerts and specials.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
- We do not sell or share your mobile number for third-party marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
- Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service — no unlawful, infringing, or abusive activity, no attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorized access, and no spam. Vendors must only message customers who follow them and must honor opt-outs.
Disclaimers
U-Eats is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee that truck information, hours, or locations are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted. Interactions and transactions with trucks are between you and the truck.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FINTEXA Inc. is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
